Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Stealsy (“we”, “us”) about your use of the Stealsy app and website. By using Stealsy you agree to them.

What Stealsy is

Stealsy analyzes content you choose to share with it and returns product information: names, estimated prices, links to shop pages, possible alternatives (“dupes”), and summaries of public comments. It's a research tool for your own personal, non-commercial use.

What we can't promise

• Accuracy.Product identification, prices, and links are produced automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Prices change; stock runs out; always check the shop's own page before buying.
• Third-party shops.Purchases happen on retailers' sites under their terms. We aren't a party to those transactions and aren't responsible for them.
• Third-party content. Posts, comments, and images belong to their creators and platforms. Stealsy processes them to give you information, and attributes creators where it can.
• Availability.We work hard to keep Stealsy up, but it's provided “as is”, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features.

Your part

• Only share content you're allowed to share.
• Don't abuse the service — no scraping it, reselling it, reverse-engineering it, or using it to break a platform's or retailer's rules.
• You need to be at least 13 to use Stealsy.

Subscriptions

Stealsy Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in your device's subscription settings any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.

Your content, your account

Your catches are yours. You can delete your account — and everything backed up under it — in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that your local consumer law guarantees you.
